Seeking experienced HSE Supervisors to be assigned aboard of various Supply Vessels in the Gulf of Mexico to reinforce implementation and maintenance of Client's Management System and provide technical advice and performance monitoring to HSE Superintendent, onshore base and offshore field line management in order to ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment Policy and Mexican Health, Safety and Environment legislation. Position reports to the HSE Superintendent Offshore Work / Leave rotation cycle is 28 day on duty : 28 days of rest. Essensial duties - To support HSE Superintendent to conduct on shore - off shore surveys/assessments to verify that industrial hygiene conditions of all project locations/ potential social/community and premises are in compliance with HSE requirement's and associated standards. - Participate in on shore - off shore internal and external HSE Audits according with company activities. - Participate in execution of HSE Risk Identification (HAZIDs, HAZOPs, SIMOPs) and ensure implementation of controls about HSE risk exposure according with on shore base and off shore field activities requirements. - Compilation and accuracy of on shore and off shore HSE data for eni upstream and contractual HSE reports. - Ensure an effective emergency response plan implementation (availability and maintenance of equipment, execution of drills, etc.) for shore base-shore line and off shore activities. - Staying updated on corporate policies, procedures, laws and industry practices regarding with HSE issues for implementation of control management for on shore and off shore activities. - Promote HSE awareness for on shore and off shore staff promoting full implementation of controls and compliance of HSE Legislation. Requirements: - +8 years of Oil & Gas Industry experience - +8 years of HSE experience - Fluent English (written and spoken), Spanish knowledge most welcome

Project activities: Implementation of onshore and offshore production facilities, wellhead platforms and FPSO construction, wellhead transportation and offshore installation, commissioning and start up. - Supervise offshore SIMOPS activities between well operations with jack up drilling rig, production operations and commissioning activities during well hook up and pre-start safety review of ESP surface equipment. - SIMOPS Operation Manual preparation, emphasize in MOPO matrix. - SIMOPS HAZID sessions. Quick wins: Work location: aboard a platform in the Gulf of Mexico Rotation Cycle: 35 days on, followed by 35 days off Start date: the earliest as possible Duration: September / October 2021 Requirements: - at least 3+ years of experience in the offshore installation as SIMOPS Authority. - Prepare daily & weekly report, conduct HSE inspection, drills, meeting and safety induction and conduct training to all personnel - Participates to the preparation of all SIMOPS meeting and Work Permit meetings concerning the operations under SIMOPS.
