Mission:  Presiding and coordinating the design activities on site. Essensial duties: The Design Manager is responsible for: - proposing code of conducts, guidelines and procedures to manage the design activities, to be approved by the Technical Services Director and in accordance with Tender office; - pursuing the design's target and monitoring the design activities, in accordance with the indications received from the Technical Services Director; - guaranteeing continuous support regarding design activities and processes to the different areas, projects and business units, intervening in the strategical and critical decisions to meet the defined Group's targets; - defining in accordance with the Tender office, the design, computations, methods and planning of construction activities throughout the entire execution phases of the project; - cooperating with the Tender office or PMs to identify the design activities that need to be outsourced, activating external consultancies, upon the basis of the internal resources available and the project requirements; - defining a set of requested technical specifications to simplify the research and selection of the external design studios and societies; - selecting and classifying the design and engineering suppliers, both on a national and international level, through inspections and audit, asking for support to the QHSE office, requesting for quotations/offers and defining the agreement for their contribution, together with the support of the Procurement office; - designating the Design Coordinator within his personnel design team, that will be responsible to coordinate the technical and design activities with the assistance of Area Managers and/or PMs; - defining and sharing the design template documents, databases and tools to be used in the design processes, while auditing the execution of the works to be made in compliance with internal guidelines both at a central and local level; - creating and updating a design and engineering suppliers' database to share these information with both corporate and local offices; - cooperating and follow-up with PMs/Area Managers/Project Technical office to verify the performance of the external studios complying with the project's schedule and budget, contributing to the claims preparation supporting the Legal office; - approving the technical drawings and computations, to follow the project's requirements, verifying their completeness and adequacy; - managing and controlling the design costs originated from possible project's variations; - deciding the way to cooperate with the Design offices of the Machinery and Components Business Units, coordinating the collaboration for cross-selling opportunities; Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in civil or construction engineering/architecture or related field; - depth knowledge of the reference market, the solutions/services the company can provide and the company's competitors; - knowledge of the field of construction and familiarity with construction techniques, materials and tools, according to the different activities and projects; - familiarity with the technical standards, regulations, criteria and contents with which a construction project needs to be drafted; - excellent knowledge of English and, preferably, knowledge also of other languages (French, Spanish, Russian); - familiarity with the legislation concerting works contracts and public works and the relevant laws; - ability to reach make-or-buy choices; - ability to organise the activities in the framework of the process managed and in relation to the other corporate processes, identifying and removing the inefficiencies;  - relevant experience on similar roles; - experience within multicultural and international environment working for General contractor companies in private and public civil engineering projects; - good knowledge of design and engineering dedicated software such as AutoCad, Solidworks, Robot, Inventor, Revit, SAP; - good knowledge of MS Office Suite;

Seeking for a bridge construction project in Miami (USA), a QC Precast Engineer to provide quality control and engineering support to in the precast factory involved in the production of segmental parts of the bridge. Essential duties: - Understanding the plans, specifications and shop drawings of the segmental bridges to be precast for the project. - Checking plans, drawings and quantities - Plan the work with the superintendents, construction, and safety managers to meet the deadlines. - Make sure the superintendents and foreman understand the design requirements, shop drawings, work methods and safety requirements, through regular meetings together with production and technical managers. - Perform preventive quality control during the works to ensure production meets quality requirements as well as schedule / safety requirements. - Control the work of subcontractors, including re-bar installation. - Ensure that all the materials are compliant with the project specifications. - Track materials received on site, check stock and notify the supplier on un-conformances and schedule of deliveries (in particular for rebar and Post Tensioning material) - Manage non-compliant material and work to avoid rework and minimize impacts on production. - Prioritize actions to resolve non-conformance reports (corrective actions) and assist the team in the implementation of preventive actions - Liaising with the client, client's representatives, client's inspectors   to ensure compliance with local construction regulations and by-laws; - Assist the superintendents to improves the safety quality and production performance of the casting beds/lines - Control the quantities materials used on site and relevant wastage. - Prepare reports as required; Qualifications: - 3 to 5 year experience in bridge construction and/or precasting of segmental bridges in similar site engineering / quality control roles - Prior experience with public work departments, preferably with FDOT - Degree in civil engineering or construction management; - Prior experience in segmental work preferrable - good knowledge of OSHA safety standards - OSHA certification completed or to be completed within first month of employment - knowledge of the market, the solutions/services the company can provide; - knowledge of general construction with a good understanding of precast solutions and techniques; - ability to organise activities in the framework of the process managed; - knowledge of construction cost estimating, construction scheduling, strong understanding of construction drawings; - knowledge of labour costs in construction, uses, techniques and costs of materials; - preferably with concrete and post tensioning certification (PTI level 1 or ASBI) - knowlegde of Spanish language is most welcome

Mission The Chief Engineer/Maintenance Superintendent is responsible for the correct operation of the utility and Engine Room equipment and for the maintenance and repair of all machinery, system, process and equipment on board the FPSO. Seeking 2 experienced Instrument & Control System Commissioning Expert for various Photovoltaic Plants for 1x100MW Concentrated solar Plant, +3x200MW, +250MW PV. The Commissioning Expert should fully study and understand the - Owner's Technical Specification (OTS), Operation Protocol, Testing and Commissioning and other standards of the EPC contract, ensure the commissioning consulting within the Service Provider's scope to meet the requirements of the EPC contract, and cooperate with the Employer to reach the performance guarantee of the whole units in accordance with the EPC contract. Commissioning experts shall be capable of solving all the commissioning  / performance guarantee test technical issues on site, and shall supervise all the commissioning activities, responsible for the performance guarantee test, and write and sign the all commissioning and performance guarantee tests reports or results of commissioning/performance guarantee test activities of the whole plant. The experts should have the experience as a master with the same type of project & Onsite service, the experts should have at least one CSP project commissioning experience.
