Seeking 2 experienced Instrument & Control System Commissioning Expert for various Photovoltaic Plants for 1x100MW Concentrated solar Plant, +3x200MW, +250MW PV. The Commissioning Expert should fully study and understand the - Owner's Technical Specification (OTS), Operation Protocol, Testing and Commissioning and other standards of the EPC contract, ensure the commissioning consulting within the Service Provider's scope to meet the requirements of the EPC contract, and cooperate with the Employer to reach the performance guarantee of the whole units in accordance with the EPC contract. Commissioning experts shall be capable of solving all the commissioning  / performance guarantee test technical issues on site, and shall supervise all the commissioning activities, responsible for the performance guarantee test, and write and sign the all commissioning and performance guarantee tests reports or results of commissioning/performance guarantee test activities of the whole plant. The experts should have the experience as a master with the same type of project & Onsite service, the experts should have at least one CSP project commissioning experience. Essential duties shall include but not limited to: - Check and review Engineering /OEM documents provided by EPC Contractor; check and review the commissioning, operation & maintenance, performance guarantees tests documents provided by others; - Provide on-site commissioning & operation & maintenance instruction and supervision service; - Checking instruments and data sheet; Calibration / field review (alignment) ; Communication - Range, measurement and alarms, Logic checks; - Advice and supervision about mechanical and I&C sub-contractor personnel (manpower) to ensure contractor performs all work to agreed procedures for safety, health and environment and to attaining high levels of HSE performance; - Advice and supervision about mechanical and I&C activities are developed without any deviation; equipment insulation (opening or closing manual valves); - Cleaning activities; Visual revision of the installation. - Advise I&C supervisors and I&C activity leader during signal and loop testing. - Verification of Control Logic; Interlocks & Alarms; Check General Functionality; Check Specific Functionality; Commissioning of Control System; General I&C engineering review, - Verification and field consulting services of I&C system and all I&C activities during commissioning of the whole plant. Qualifications - more than 10 years CSP Plant commissioning working experiences and commissioning experience of at least 1 center tower CSP plant projects. - Degree in Electrical highly desired. - Fluent English knowledge (written and spoken)

Seeking an experienced Project Control Expert to be assigned to the project office in Luanda - Angola for an Offshore Deepwater oil&Gas development project.  Essential duties: - Leading a Team to coordinate and assure cost estimating, project budgeting, and cost control during the various project phases, including verifications of contractor monthly progress applications.  - Implementation of best cost control practices to ensure quality and accuracy. - Monitoring contractual payments and allocation of costs to the necessary budget cost element. - Compare and analyze actual costs against planned, commitments, variances, and trends. - Identification and reporting to Management of areas of potential budget overrun that may require corrective action or securing additional funding.. - Ensure clear definition of the Project Control requirements of his assigned project and to be fully familiar with the Contract. - Prepare, agree and issue the Project Services Execution Plan in accordance with Company Procedures. - Apply all Project Services techniques as appropriate in accordance with the approved Project Services Execution Plan. - Manage and co-ordinate the Project Services team on his assigned Project and to build the team effort into an effective and efficient unit. - Ensure that the Project Services Systems provide the best possible control tools for the supervisory staff on the project to allow them to control their work efficiently. We are seeking several Project Managers experienced in the construction of Solar Photovoltaic Farms (sized from 100MW up to 500 MW) to oversee 2 construction projects of 200MW Solar Farms located in Mexico. Responsibilities - Analyze project-specific risks and opportunities; develop a risk management plan coordinating project execution strategy, subcontracting strategy and project insurance options. - Provide engineering support for PV solar specific engineering issues and value engineering opportunities based on the project-specific risk profile - Prepare and draft technical inputs and Employer Requirements for procurement tender documents and contracts. - Support the Procurement Manager in analyzing Suppliers and Subcontractors tenders. - Acting as Contractor's Representative, operate as the project's single point of contact for all technical and commercial communications. - Promote and lead HSE and Quality performance in accordance with the contract and applicable laws and regulations - Track project key performance indicators (schedule, cost, quality, scope) and provide inputs/corrective action to ensure progress is according to plan. - Evaluate monthly progress reports with an eye toward managing project risks and exploiting project opportunities. - Prepare monthly reports for the Client based on contractor reports and first hand observation of the project progress. - Offer technical and commercial solutions to local contractors performing project construction works based on past experience and industry best practices. - Manage project key findings and criticalities for the timely execution of the contract. - Negotiate variation orders as required, managing scope, technical issues and commercial commitments.   Qualifications - Master degree in engineering, construction management, business or several years experience in related field required. - Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) certification issued by the Project Management Institute (PMI) most welcome - Minimum of 5 years' experience managing development and/or construction of large scale PV solar projects (from 125 MW up to 375 MW). - Experience evaluating and analyzing earned value calculations. - Prior experience working in multi-national and multi-lingual project teams. - Demonstrated excellence in effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the necessary skills to interface with local representatives, clients, vendors, contractors and subcontractors and other project stakeholders. - Experience of having worked with clients from design stage through to commercial operations. - Demonstrated project financial understanding (such as the development of construction budgets, interpreting and understanding financial reports, financial evaluations, etc.). - Written and spoken fluency in English & Spanish highly desired
