Main tasks and responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with Customer's Marine Manual, in relation vessels audits and management of action plans/findings; - Verify that the maritime activities are carried out correctly and without causing delays to other dept (Production, Drilling, etc..), supporting the Marine Experts assigned both to the Marine Base and offshore and giving them instructions; - Evaluate the possible solutions to be adopted for special maritime operations, with the support of the Marine Experts, particularly about the moving rig and barge hotels; - Check the correct supply of the marine oil (MGO), ensuring that the payment processes are carried out correctly; - Estimate and manage the budget of maritime activities and supervise the activities of the related Contract Administrators; - Coordinate the preparation of the budget and expenditure forecasts of the Logistics department, in collaboration with all departments and under the supervision of the division head; - Prepare the technical specifications for all tenders related to maritime activities, clarifying with their internal customers their needs and ensuring the optimization of costs for future contracts. In addition, manage the exchange of information for technical clarifications during the tenders, and propose solutions/making decisions for clarifications of an administrative nature; - Prepare and sign Purchase Requests (RDA) related to maritime activities, considering the future needs and preparing cost estimates; - Preparation of report/feedback for contractor related to maritime activities, and if necessary, also for all ancillary activities (e.g. suppliers of material handling services); - Check all the invoices for the marine services; - Ensure compliance with Client's rules related to the transportation of personnel and material from onshore to offshore and vice versa; - Manage the entry and exit of the vessel in the Republic of the Congo, through the contract of marine agency, control of invoices produced for the harbor taxes; - Supervise the correct loading of the Client's software; - Supervise the carrying out of air transport, supporting (or covering the absence) the Aviation Advisor. Communicate with the contractors to assist passengers and obtain take-off and landing permits as required; - Manage and support MEDEVAC, both air and marine, if necessary; - Support the Head of Logistics Department in the management of both onshore and offshore transport operations, to optimize the use of means of transport every day; - Support the Head of Logistics of Transport in the offshore lifting and onshore lifting (Lifting Technical Authority), replacing it in case of absence, checking the lifting plans in all their parts; - Support the Head of the Department of Infrastructure in the management of the Marine Base in relation to the material handling and leasing contracts of the Marine Base itself; - Manage, in collaboration with the Marine Experts, the maritime operations and all the operators carried out by them, organizing the times and the transport in an efficient way, to allow the comfort of the passengers and the effectiveness of the activities; - Ensure compliance with all the Client's HSE rules, in relation to lifting operations, approach to boat landings and the carrying out of maritime transport of personnel and materials; - General commitment to compliance with HSE procedures and use of common sense in carrying out operations, performing site visits and applying Stop-Work Authority if any anomalies are present; Qualifications: - The successful candidate must have extensive experience with marine and/or rig move operations. - Marine background at least 5+ years' experience in similar role

We are currently seeking for the Construction of an Open Cycle Gas Plant in Germany, 2 HSE Supervisors: Essential duties - Support to the HSE Manager in the operating management of all environmental and safety activities on site; - To assure that all personnel and subcontractors involved in the project fully comply with the international and German local laws, with the HSE Management System and with any Project Client request related to HSE; - To identify all direct and indirect environmental aspects and risks for workers' safety, health and hygiene, which are connected to activities of the specific site and including those connected to subcontractors' activities. This activity will be also formalized by filling in the environmental analysis datasheet provided in the company computer system and through the critical analysis and the improvement of HSE Plan and of applicable instructions, procedures and checklists. The analysis and identification of environmental, safety and protective matters is periodically revised and, when required, updated; - To verify the appointment training and availability of suitable means supporting the First aid appointed persons and Emergency and Evacuation and Fire-prevention appointed persons, where provided, if it's necessary could be appointed for the role; - To verify the suitability of local sanitary services (first aid kit, first aid appointed persons, infirmary and site medical services and medicine availability, ambulances, hospitals and clinics on special agreement, medical and first aid facilities) to face site needs and emergencies; - To implement all reports and registrations requested by as: Environmental and safety performance indicators, daily/weekly/monthly inspections report; near misses and incidents report, waste register, others non specified if necessary; verify these applicable activities at  subcontractors; - To carry out all the required activities to comply with prescriptions deriving from specific authorizations (for emissions, waste and discharges) and collects the required induction and documentations to carry out the authorization procedure, if any; - To verify the technical-professional suitability of subcontractors according procedure and the availability of the contractually provided documentation (with reference to company standards, subcontracts and to Client's and/or site owner standards) to workers' access to the site; - To monitor that all personnel and subcontractors comply with EHS Plan and Client EHS requirements; - To verify the respect of requirements in regards induction and training about onsite workers' safety and environment matters and carries out, if required, specific audit to verify knowledge; - To guarantee the necessary induction to visitors and cleaning and service (telephone, etc.) companies; - To support the client in arranging escape, evacuation, emergency management and significant sanitary intervention tests; - To support the functions responsible for the correct management of any site authorization and permit and relations with the competent authorities; - To improve the awareness of site workers and contractors as regards the applicable environmental and safety prescriptions; - To instruct form and inform all personnel and subcontractors regarding EHS matters. Qualifications - 3+ Years' experience in the same role in the Energy Sector - Fluent written and spoken English - Knowledge of German most welcome but not mandatory - Holding mandatory HSE certificates.

Wesentliche Aufgaben: - Unterstützung des HSE-Manager in der operativen Leitung aller Umwelt- und Sicherheitsaktivitäten am Standort; - Sicherstellung, dass alle am Projekt beteiligten Mitarbeiter und Unterauftragnehmer die internationalen und lokalen Gesetze, das HSE-Managementsystem und alle HSE-bezogenen Anfragen von Projektkunden vollständig erfüllen; - Alle direkten und indirekten Umweltaspekte und Risiken für die Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Hygiene der Arbeiter zu identifizieren, die mit den Aktivitäten des spezifischen Standorts verbunden sind, einschließlich derer, die mit den Aktivitäten der Subunternehmer verbunden sind.
