Essential duties: - Supervise   the management    and implementation    of the Corrosion   Control   Strategy covering   the   corrosion   monitoring    activities   including    periodic   reporting   to provide integrity status of systems and significant trends or limitations. - Participate    in the   Risk   Based   Inspection implementation and update in order to establish / review inspection strategies.Initiate   the implementation    of corrosion   prevention   measures   in areas of  Cathodic Protection,  Corrosion  Chemical  Inhibition,  Materials  Selection  and Painting  Systems,  as well as Insulation  Systems. - Review and interpret corrosion/inspection monitoring data in database, along with trends and existing mitigation measures.  - Recommend changes in the corrosion criticality analysis and monitoring/inspection program where appropriate.  - Ensure all relevant data is entered into the database. - Participate in the regular review of Corrosion Control Materials and key performance indicators. - Identify major deterioration threats and ensure integrity limitations are addressed and propose suitable mitigation techniques. - Initiate and direct activities to support or assist in confirming monitoring data or as the result of failures of equipment or trending predictions. - Participate in Root Cause Analysis and failure investigations. - Interpreting and analyzing collected data and finding and solving problems related to corrosion and CP system. - Responsible for organizing and preparing of maintenance programs for overhauling all CP system. - Capable of guiding and advising CP Contractors. Qualifications - M.S in Corrosion Science, Materials Engineer, Metallurgical Engineer or Chemical Engineer (preferably corrosion). - Minimum 15-years experiences in Oil and Gas Industry with particular emphasis on RBI, RCA.  - CP systems and corrosion monitoring.  - Good experience in CP systems design evaluation. - Good sound practical experience in corrosion and CP monitoring systems.

Essential duties: Duties and Responsibilities includes, but not limited to: - Perform general NDT (Level-2) examination on vessel, columns, storage tanks, etc. to support the routine, major and intermediate inspections being performed by inspection Engineers. - Perform on-stream NDT examinations, surveys and prepares isometric sketches of new piping systems   for recording   purposes and pass on to Technical Assistant for preparation of the inspection isometric with the TML identified by PIE and /or CME. - Perform on stream NDT examinations of all registered process piping systems as part of corrosion monitoring survey. - Perform general NDT examinations on all new fabrications, modifications, repairs and refurbishment relevant lo applicable codes and standards. - Perform manual/automatic  ultrasonic inspection (including LRUT, PAUT/ToFD) for flaw detection  in  welds,  de-lamination  surveys  and  thickness  measurement  of  pipe wall, structural TKY joints and pressure vessel plates. - Perform X-ray and/or Gamma ray radiography of welds, castings, forgings, plate and pipes. - Performs pipe wall and nozzle profile radiography and calculates actual wall thickness based on known reference material thickness. - Perform change out and loading of new I old IR 192 isotope following international safety procedures.  - Control of records and inventory regarding isotopes quantity, storage and movement in onshore / offshore fields.  - Monitor and control the level of radioactive exposure of each qualified personnel. - Perform Magnetic particle testing (dry or wet) using fluorescent, visible or water base particles on AC, DC, and longitudinal & circumferential magnetization technique. - Perform Dye penetrant flaw detection (fluorescent or visible dye) and MFL technique - Perform IRIS and Eddy current testing of heat exchanger tubes. - Perform PAUT and TOFO testing to pressure vessels and piping. - Perform surface eddy current testing of welds and parent metal. - Perform infra-red thermographic imaging of pipelines, process lines, vessels and storage tanks as may be required. - Perform ACFM testing on pressure vessels, pipelines and storage tanks. - Handling and application of permit to work system. - Maintain   and   upgrades   their relevant   NDT qualification   certificate   to acceptable international standards, i.e. ASNT, PCN, ERS. EN or equivalent. - All qualification to ASNT shall be endorsed and stamped by an independent ASNT NDT /ACCP Level III examiner in each NDT method. - NDT technicians report directly to NDT supervisors. Qualifications - Minimum High School followed by Trade School or equivalent training. - Must  be  computer  literate  and  able  to  use  MS office  packages,  AutoCAD or other technical drawing software in order to prepare reports and drawings using computer. - Must have good written and spoken English. - Qualified to ASNT Level 2, PCN, ERS, CSWIP, EN or equivalent.  - Theoretical and practical training to basic level in required NDT methods as certified by internationally recognized authority. - Minimum experience of 5 years in Oil and Gas processing or Power generation industry onshore and offshore location. - Experience in fabrication yard/workshop and construction field of pressure vessel, storage tanks and piping spools is an added advantage.

Essential duties: - Perform specialized NDT surveys and welding inspection as appropriate and interprets results   Must be  fully conversant  in interpretation of results from  UT, IRIS and  eddy current  testing,  thermal  imaging  surveys,  ACFM,  MFL  inspection,  PAUT  and TOFD surveys and Radiographic Surveys. - Supervise and coordinates work performed by NDT team as appropriate to ensure that work targets are met in timely schedule in accordance to applicable standards and contract specification. - Take full role and responsibility as the Radiation Protection Supervisor. - Monitor inventory and serviceability of all NDT equipment. - Maintains regular calibration of all NDT equipment. - Maintain the correct level of stock for all NDT consumables. - Cross check and ensure that test results submitted are accurate and reliable. - Monitor performance of technicians as appropriate and accept full responsibility for all the test results submitted to inspection engineers. - Alert Inspection Engineers of any problem areas in a timely manner. - Periodic review and updates of all NDT general and specific procedures to cope up with current NDT standards and recommended practices. - Capable of selecting technicians, techniques and procedures specific to a job request for examination that will give high confidence and high level of accuracy. - Ensure that correct method of NDT is applied where testing is requested by inspection engineer. - Review and ensure NDT reports submitted daily are acceptable and have complete information and test data for accurate interpretation and traceability to equipment and process lines. - Ensure that all NDT technicians are fully conversant with HSE aspects of their work especially radiation safety requirements and that these are strictly adhered to. - Ability to interpret test results to acceptance criteria of international codes and standards. - Ability to interpret radiographs of ferrous I nonferrous materials and welds. - Keep himself updated with changes in codes and standards relevant to the performance of non-destructive testing methods and interpretation. - Application and Control of permit to work system. - Prepare all types of test coupon/mock up test pieces with implanted defects for validation test of NDT technicians. - Experience in fabrication yard/workshop and construction field of pressure vessel, storage tanks and piping spools is an added advantage. - Note: All qualifications to ASNT shall be endorsed and stamped by an independent ASNT NDT I ACCP Level. Qualifications: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. - Holding Professional Certification to ASNT AWS, CSWIP and PCN. - Theoretical and practical training to an advanced level in the required NDT methods as certified by internationally recognized authority. - Valid qualification to ASNT NDT or ACCP Level 2, PCN, ERS, CWIP, CGEB or equivalent advanced level of NDT qualification as required.   - Good written and spoken English. - PAUT level 2 in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9712, equivalent if any. - MFL Level 2 certification, based on the ASNT recommended practice SNT-TC-1A or equivalent if any. - Ability  to  operate  computer  basic  programs  of  MS  Office  package.  Knowledge of - AutoCAD software is an added advantage. - Minimum experience of 7 years in Oil and Gas processing industry onshore or offshore location, and minimum 4 years in supervisory position. - Possession of a valid driving license is a must. - Has the ability to calibrate and use for testing NDT equipment for conventional UT, PAUT, RT. MPT, MFL, Thermographic and Eddy current equipment.
