For  a railway construction project, we are looking for an Engineering Coordinator experienced in precast segments and span erection works. The project is one of the most important infrastructures of the capital city and the scope of work includes the prefabrication, transportation and erection of the deck of the 3.5 km long elevated guideway, built using the span-by-span method with precast match-cast technology and erected using overhead gantries. Our client, a leading construction company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team involved in the construction of a large conference and office centre. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in contract management and ideally relevant experience within the construction industry. The Contract Manager is responsible for the proper interpretation, management and administration of contracts with both the client and subcontractors. He will lead a team of Quantity Surveyors and Contracts Officers.
