Nous recherchons un RESPONSABLE DES ACHATS pour superviser les activités d'achat d'un projet de construction d'infrastructures situé dans la région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, en France.
Vos tâches :
Mettre en place le plan d'exécution des achats en lien avec le plan d'exécution du projet.
Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vie du processus d'approvisionnement
Construire et maintenir des paquets d'offres formelles pour les processus d'appel d'offres sur tous les matériaux et services requis alignés avec les normes de l'entreprise et les exigences du projet.
Maintenir une communication constante avec les fournisseurs et les entrepreneurs, en assurant une livraison dans les délais et en soutenant les activités logistiques et l'exécution du contrat.
Rechercher et qualifier les fournisseurs et s'assurer qu'ils répondent aux normes de qualité et de projet,
Soutenir la gestion de la qualité, des changements et des réclamations liés aux fournisseurs.
Maintenir une relation positive avec les fournisseurs, évaluer les options d'approvisionnement, approuver les achats et tenir des registres précis.
Examiner, comparer, analyser et négocier les services et les matériaux à acheter et tenir des registres précis.
Soutenir l'analyse de recherche de son marché de référence, obtenir des prix et des devis conformes au prix du marché.
Contrôler la création des listes de fournisseurs, divisées par groupe de produits et/ou par marché géographique, en partageant les informations clés avec les bureaux d'achat de l'entreprise et locaux par le biais de systèmes et de rapports dédiés.
Examiner périodiquement les dépenses liées aux activités d'approvisionnement, en identifiant les améliorations possibles pour optimiser ou réduire les coûts.
Votre profil :
Diplôme technique ou baccalauréat en génie civil ou en génie de la construction ;
Large expérience dans le monde civil/infrastructure en tant que responsable des achats.
Bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais ; la connaissance de l'italien serait un plus
Compétences contractuelles, capable de lire et d'appliquer les principaux termes et conditions contractuels ;
Capacité à effectuer des analyses de la valeur des facteurs de coûts principaux ;

Purpose of the position Ensure an efficient procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to the construction of a railway tracks and tunneling project. Purpose of the position The Site Procurement Coordinator manages the procurement post-award ordering and delivery activities of materials, equipment and services of the Joint Venture during the construction process.
