Nous recherchons actuellement un métreur / vérificateur génie civil (Quantity Surveyor) pour un projet de construction d'un Resort de luxe situé dans le canton du Valais.

Fonctions essentielles

  • Responsable du suivi du développement du projet.
  • Suivre les activités quotidiennes du sous-traitant en charge de la construction des bâtiments et du développement des travaux.
  • Etre le point de référence du chantier pour toutes les questions qui concernent l'évaluation des quantités produites et pour l'avancement et le développement mensuel des travaux.
  • Suivre les indications techniques fournies par le département technique, le chef de chantier et/ou le directeur des travaux.
  • Rapporter au système de gestion les quantités produites.
  • Préparer le rapport d'avancement mensuel et le relevé comptable mensuel.
  • Transmettre et discuter le rapport d'avancement mensuel avec les directeurs techniques du projet.
  • Effectuer des visites quotidiennes sur le chantier pour établir et recueillir des données sur l'évolution des travaux ;
  • Coopérer et coordonner avec tous les collègues impliqués dans le projet assigné afin d'avoir un flux quotidien et efficace d'informations
  • tenir à jour toute la documentation du département.

Qualifications

  • au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur de la construction de bâtiments
  • bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
