Duties & Responsibilities:
The Training Coordinator will oversee and manage all training activities on the construction yard, ensuring effective implementation and alignment with project requirements.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and regularly updating training documentation throughout the development and execution of the Training Program.
• Coordinating training courses conducted by vendors and external training providers to meet specific project and operational needs.
• Overseeing the preparation and distribution of training materials and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Organizing, scheduling, and providing ongoing support for training courses, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently.
• Supervising and monitoring the training sessions delivered by vendors and contractor instructors to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
• Preparing and submitting detailed training progress reports to the company, highlighting key milestones, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Developing and maintaining an up-to-date Training Schedule to align with project timelines and goals.

The Training Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the workforce is well-trained, competent, and equipped to meet the demands of the construction project.
