Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Engineer with a strong background in creating and optimizing operational manuals of a Commercial Building. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient and seamless operational processes by developing comprehensive manuals that guide teams through procedures, protocols, and best practices.

As a Process Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Operational Manual Development:

  • Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive operational manuals outlining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and insights for manual creation.

Process Optimization:

  • Analyze existing operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance overall efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with teams across the organization to understand their processes and requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure adherence to established procedures.

Quality Assurance:

  • Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of operational manuals.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to reflect changes in processes or industry standards.

Problem Solving:

  • Address operational challenges by conducting root cause analyses and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize processes.

Documentation and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of process changes, updates, and improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil or Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Process Engineer with a focus on Commercial Buildings' operational manual development.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial processes, equipment, and safety standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Good knowledge of French and English written and spoken

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in process simulation and modelling tools.
  • Experience with process automation and control systems.
  • Project management skills for coordinating process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications - au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans le secteur de la construction de bâtiments - bonne connaissance du français et de l'anglais (écrit et parlé)
