Purpose of the position
Coordinate all project planning, control and reporting activities including scope, schedule, cost & budgeting, risk management, reporting, and document management: thus actively supporting the project manager to efficiently and effectively achieving cost and time targets.
- Define the competencies and staffing needs for project services activities
- Coordination with Development Project Manager for Projects Assurance Reviews, Gates authorization and Releases
- Coordinate the definition of the project WBS.
- Ensure the planning, monitoring and updating of the project schedule.
- Ensure the definition of the project budget accuracy.
- Ensure a robust and integrity definition of the cost and schedule estimates.
- Ensure and coordinate the execution of project risk management activities.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of the OPD key deliverables (DSPs, Close-out).
- Coordinate the assessment and formalisation steps of potential project changes
- Consolidate and track potential and approved project changes.
- Ensure the monitoring and update of the project schedule, progress, and cost figures.
- Update project baselines.
- Ensure an accurate and timely project reporting.
- Ensure the update of Company database.
- Ensure the control of project documents, excluding engineering documents.
- Definition and implementation of project coordination and project control procedures (planning, progress measurement, cost control, cost estimates, document management) accordingly to applicable company rules and standards.
- Support the Development Project Manager in the preparation of project independent reviews.
- Support the Development Project Manager in the application of project change management processes
- Liaise closely and maintain effective communication and functional link with competent project control HQ functions.
- Actively support and facilitate project workshops on areas of competence.
- Review project reports.
- Support and facilitate the gathering of available knowledge during the first development phases.

- Develop Project Communications Plan: process of determining Project Stakeholder information needs and establish project communication channels, both external & internal to the project team
- Develop Project Risk Management Plan & Risk Responses ( Identify Risks, Risk Analysis, Qualitative Risk Analysis, Quantitative Risk Analysis)
- Develop Project Schedule Baseline: Sequence activities, Estimate activity resources & durations
- Development Project Cost Estimation (CAPEX, OPEX, DECOMMISSIONING)
- Plan Project Procurements
- Project Budget Determination
- Project Quality Plan
- Schedule & Cost Risk Analysis
- Value Management (capability to lead and facilitate improving practices workshops: Opportunity Framing, Lessons learned capitalization and identification, decision making scenarios, etc )
Development Investments Authorization Process:
- Development Projects authorization, re-authorization, close-out activities reports preparation and monitoring

Project Executing Process:

Project Portfolio Management:
- Analysis and aggregation of development activities for the configuration of the Company Project Portfolio and it's projection in time
- Business Plan, 4 Years Plan and Budgets/Forecast of development projects
- Definition of actions to prevent and solve detected projects criticalities and assure the monitoring of the approved corrective actions
- Portfolio Monitoring and reporting of the general cost, economics, scheduling, authorization situation of development projects
ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System)
- EDAM effective use and implementation

- SAP and budgeting & accounting systems effective use and implementation
