Seeking a Commissioning Manager for the precommissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance tests concerning surface facilities associated with three oil production wells, a flowline gathering network associated with various connecting pipelines plus expansion of existing well pads by hook up of over fiftywells at six existing well pads.
The Commissioning Manager shall lead a multidiscipline commissioning team for the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start-up and performance test phases until the infrastructure is on operation and ready for delivery to the Owners.
Preparation of detailed programs and procedures of the commissioning activities to be executed in Client's engineering office.
Monitoring the work progress of all precommissioning, commissioning, and start-up activities
Analyze and redirected resources or suggest corrections as necessary to prevent problems, delays or deviation from the established schedule.
Advise, assist and instruct personnel in all technical aspects of the project
Implementation of the safety procedures
Coordination of all Parties involved in the project, such as Contractor's personnel, Vendors' specialists, licensor's personnel, Owner's personnel for the activities concerned
Maintain the contacts with the Owner's Representatives, in coordination with the Resident Manager
Coordination, with the support of the Process Engineers, of the Performance Test Procedures and reports to the Client
Preparation of the final report covering the specific activities at the end of site work completion; at the end of Precommissioning and Commissioning activities
Schedule of each work permit procedure
Develop Training Program for the Commissioning Team
Attending meetings, writing reports and delivering presentations to the Directorate and Management.
Minimum 10 years experience in equivalent role with extensive Project & Brownfield experience in the oil&gas industry
Degree in discipline relating to area of expertise (e.g. Chemical Engineering)
Broad knowledge of commissioning start up and performance tests
Ability to work with interdisciplinary team
Ability to manage relationships a multidiscipline team up to senior management level as appropriate

Essential Duties: - Develop and maintain the overall project plan and the overall roadmap, in accordance with international standards and based on the inputs of the technical / commercial project functions and contractors / sub-contractors - Provide accurate and updated reports on the project - Verify the timing and results of the project against the plans - Identify deviations and areas of potential deviation from the roadmap, which need corrective action. - Ensuring the fulfilment of the contractual conditions. - Provide an accurate timing forecast - Drawing up recommendations on temporal contingency policies and their implementation - Definition of time estimation procedures - Updating the database of time estimates - Preparation of the WBS (Work breakdown structure) of the project - Data collection - Revision of contractors' time estimates and formulation of the most accurate time estimate based on available information - Timely and continuous updating of project roadmaps - Drawing up reports on the progress of project activities - Development of temporal risk analysis and support to the risk analyst in designing and updating the relevant register Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in the oil & gas industry - 5+ years of experience in the field of project planning and control - Degree in engineering or technical secondary education - Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
The Project Manager (Electrical / Instrument) has full responsibility for the installation of electrical & instrument equipment for a Power Supply Station and Infrastructure Facilities. Essential duties - Act as prime point of contact for the project with the client on site, including progress management, site organization, EHS environmental, health, safety, financial recommendations, quality control and design modifications - Overall responsibility for all site related activities in order to deliver and hand over the project successfully on time, monitoring that the contract requirements are met - Management of site team and site design activities - Identification of the resource requirements for the effective management of the project and of the site supervision team - Ensure quality procedures are established and maintained - Draw attention to emphasis on safe construction practices and on maintaining a high quality of construction. - Establish and maintains EHS procedures and monitors relevant key performance indicators - Plan, schedule, and maintain timelines by optimizing resources in a fast paced construction/installation environment. - Manage cost, schedule and resource-loaded schedules providing billings, cash flow and manpower forecasting with complete job costing reviews. - Monitoring for compliance with all applicable laws. - Manage all job closeout procedures. Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management - 10+ years of experience working in electrical construction in the energy sector (Power Plants, Oil&Gas, Refinery, etc.) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
