We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in semiconductor IP customization, cost estimation, pricing strategies, and a deep understanding of the operational frameworks of major semiconductor foundries. The role requires close collaboration with customers and internal teams to streamline processes, meet deliverables, and maintain high standards of execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • RFQ (Request for Quote) Management o Review incoming RFQs for completeness and follow up for missing specifications or information. o Input requests into cost calculators or forward information to FIP managers for cost calculation. o Coordinate with the testchip team to assess support requirements, align costs, and synchronize schedules.
  • Price Quote Preparation o Use standardized templates to draft price quotes, incorporating customer requests, pricing details, and relevant assumptions. o Share the quotes with customer representatives and handle any follow-up questions or adjustments.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) Development o Create SOW drafts using provided templates and customer specifications. o Collaborate with FIP representatives to ensure alignment on deliverables, schedule, and any additional information required. o Finalize and share updated SOWs with customer representatives for approval and manage revisions based on feedback from both parties.
  • PVT (Process, Voltage, Temperature) Customization o Review customer requests to identify missing information. o Draft and align PVT-related SOWs with the Prodlib team, ensuring schedule synchronization. o Share finalized documents with customer representatives for review and manage approval cycles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education and Experience: o Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (BSEE) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Technical Expertise: o Profound knowledge of foundry business practices, particularly in IP or foundational IP domains. o Proven experience in one or more areas: semiconductor IP, foundational IP, or SoC development.
  • Process Knowledge: o Expertise in IP customization, RFQ handling, and pricing processes within ecosystems such as Intel or other major foundries.

Project Execution and Team Integration:

  • Ability to independently refine and execute customer engagement processes.
  • Adapt quickly and effectively to new team dynamics.

Customer Orientation:
